In Sanskrit, Ubhaya means both, of both kinds, in both ways, in both manners.

With foundation rooted in the Ashtanga yoga system as taught by Patthabi Jois and Vini Yoga as thought by Desikachar, my teaching, which is focused on personalised practice, is integrated both methods, while exploring the relationship between movement and breath, dynamic and stillness, Yin and Yang, Sun and Moon, eastern wisdom and western knowledge, to support and empower.

Ubhaya Yoga

Vinyasa yoga. There is no fixed sequence, it led intuitively and could be affected by the time of day, season, weather, who and how many students are in the group. 

The practice creates balance and recharges the body.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Primary Series led class. 

Suitable for beginners and seasonal students.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice, targets the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body, and helps to regulate the body’s flow of energy. Great Supplement to any yang practice. Suitable for beginners and seasonal students.
